On this 150th Memorial Day Anniversary, Friends of Oakhurst Park (FOOP) salutes the courageous men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families. Because of you, our families and our children have the freedom to live, laugh, and play. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Time to Shoot Hoops! Go check out the new basketball backboard the CFW Park Department partnered with FOOP to install in Oakhurst Park! The old one was over 30 years old and served as the practice board for multiple college scholarships including one to SMU won by a neighors daughter! So...Plamer H. keep practicing!
